In [BHS], Hakobyan created the half-twist tight flute surfaces Xa,b with length parameters defined by:
l2n= alog(n+1)+blog(n) and l2n+1=(a+b)log(n+1).
We use the same length parameters for the half-twist Loch-Ness monster Xa,b along with the lengths of the fronts of ßn defined by:
l(ßn)=4log(n/(n-1)).
The following are pictures of universal covers of half-twist Loch-Ness monster surfaces.
